    Pros

Good benefits (Silver Pass gives you unlimited access to Disney Parks most of the year, great 401K, health insurance)
Part of a great tradition and a great brand
    Great IP's to work with

    Cons

There has been a great deal of turnover at the top ranks of the studio the past few years. That has resulted in shifting mandates where one head appreciates one approach and then that work is invalidated by a new mandate. However, all appearances show that the management has finally reached a stasis.
