    ProsDo the work and you'll have Job security for as long as you want to stay.

    ConsDon't expect any raises. What you get, is what you get. Also, your responsibilities will increase with no change in pay.

    ProsGreat benefits package, Many locations available for work transfer, business casual dress code, Friendly and professional work environment

    ConsTop heavy management, very stressful especially due to lack of management report structure. Pay is fair but the raises range in the cents and that is if you get any that year. Demanding work hours if the client is in a bind

    ProsWork Schedule, decent pay for what I do, paid every two weeks

    ConsOnly 3 sick days a year, no pto, and, you have to earn your vacation time at a rate of 3 hours a paycheck. I don't see a chance for advancement
