I worked at Domino Printing part-time

    Pros

Good fun people to work with and relaxed management. There was also a great amount of flexibility in research and investigating any new ideas you may have.

    Cons

Some highly incompetent members of staff. Company research quality is very low, and uneconomic. the company was also very disorganised and I felt that the research was going in the wrong direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher better managers and invest in research for the future. Take more time over deciding the direction of the company.

I have been working at Domino Printing full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Not a bad package overall, but not long term.
Unofficially flexible with hours (if your in the right department/manager)
Excellent canteen (sad when thats headline Pro!)

    Cons

    Top/Middle management heavy.
Managers appear uneducated or uninterested in technology and its workings making it very difficult to develop.
Some think its a university research company. Driven by paperwork and self validation.
    Limited to no career progression.
    Unbalanced benefits system.
Instability in workplace due to "mood swing" department clear outs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at what you have and appreciate it. Progression from within not just employing inflated over paid roles that last only a few months causing a whirlwind of destruction.

Less managers! (ratio is 2:1 in some departments).

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
