    Pros

Nice people to work with, but you can find that anywhere. Free food on occasion, if you're lucky. Easy to learn everything. Driving is probably a lot easier and better than working inside.

    Cons

Everything. Do not work here if you're an insider. Minimum wage, you bust your butt day in and day out. Once you learn make line you can't leave it, you are it's slave. Everyone leaves as soon as they can find a better job. They'll fire good workers over stupid things. There are no breaks. Long hour days many time. Over the summer you get no hours. Game days are super busy. 50% off weeks are a nightmare most of the time. I feel like I've worked my body too hard working here and now I have back problems and other pains. It is not worth it at all. Would not wish on anyone.

    Advice to Management

Offer insiders full time jobs to at least give them benefits and actually give good benefits maybe that would make working here a little worth it. Sorry for speaking my mind, I wish I had known what I was getting myself into before I started.

    Pros

    - Occasionally have nice coworkers. - Sometimes have nice customers - The work isn't too complicated, but it's overwhelming.

    Cons

    - Overworked for little pay. - Stressful work environment. - Terrible and oppressive management. - Overwhelming amount of worked expected to be done in a short amount of time. - Understaffed. - Very little hours available, even for "part-time". - HOT. Occasionally will have a minor heat stroke or become dehydrated. - Not allowed a break. - Issues are not addressed and occasionally swept under the run.

    Advice to Management

Start treating your insiders like people. Talk to them and address their issues instead of just sweeping them under the run.

    Pros

Unreported income? Occasional free food. That's about it.

    Cons

Cowabunga inc, who bought the store I deliver at, is an absolute joke. The first thing they did was cut driver pay and raise food prices. I lost over $200 a month from my paychecks working the same hours. Not to mention all the other things that make delivering awful, rude customers, idiot coworkers, burning your own gas, ruining your own vehicle, no benefits, relying on tips, people not tipping, delivering to the frigging ghetto, etc...

    Advice to Management

Treat your drivers better. You don't have a business without them.
