    I worked at Domino's

    Pros

I loved my crew. I got a pay salary and bonuses most weeks. I loved fast pace environment made a14 hour day fly by.

    Cons

No benefits at all. I worked 55-70 hours a week never got a vacation in 4 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide 1 week vacation a year at minimum. Provide health benefits, find better work life balance for managers.

    I worked at Domino's

    Pros

Enjoyed the food, and getting along with co-workers. Managers would make us food, and they are pretty flexible with hours.

    Cons

Hated being a deliver driver. I would be poorly tipped, on top of that i would be taxed on tips as well. One wastes a lot of money jut for gas. Drivers technically get paid less because of tips which is ridiculous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay drivers same as in-store employees. Don't tax on the tips, otherwise no money is made.

    I worked at Domino's full-time

    Pros

Drivers with hustle and customer service skills will find this an easy way to make a lot more money than most fast food jobs, and often has opportunities for management positions. Most stores have a friendly, informal environment.

    Cons

Domino's is franchised, so this is not true of all locations.
If you work inside the store, you will make minimum wage with no opportunity for promotion, unless you become a driver. Management positions requires a certain number of deliveries, though I have seen stores become desperate enough to promote anyway. You can get a raise by becoming an expert pizza maker, which is a small raise for an extra-ordinary amount of pizza making skill.
Assistant managers will take home much less than a driver on nearly any given day, and weekends, most drivers will make twice what an assistant manager will make. The amount an assistant manager makes varies on the franchise, but where I worked, you made only a little more than minimum wage. You can make more, after training, but the cap for how much you can make is still much lower than other fast food.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quality employees make a world of difference, and by not rewarding knowledgeable, driven managers, many stores can't keep quality management. This often leads to corporate, and other franchises, constantly trying to repair poor customer interactions.
