    Pros

A lot of hours. Flexibility. Relatively good environment.

    Cons

No break compliance was the biggest problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adhere to the work standards and do some more micromanaging with the regional supervisors.

    I worked at Domino's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Low job requirements, generally flexible schedule, work from the comfort of your own car (with your own music) and mostly happy customers (after all, you have their dinner)

    Cons

Pay is very low before tips, corporate sales directives can be annoying. Job can attract some very low end employees so be careful. Very little opportunity for advancement

    I worked at Domino's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to learn the ropes, opening shift started at 10am, franchised so I actually met the owner several times. Extremely flexible scheduling. Was up for promotion within a couple months.

    Cons

The dress code was a pain and the shirts they provide made my skin break out. They got rid of the free food for the long shifts. Issues with management. Very hard on my vehicle. Closing shift ended anywhere between 1 and 3 in the morning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your staff. Don't completely disregard their experience in the store and go the other way, causing severe problems in customer care.

I have been working at Domino's part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

50% off pizza. It's an easy job but not if you're the new guy.

    Cons

I was placed on the make line (where the pizzas are made) and put at the end stuck doing sides and sometimes a pizza here or there. It gets really old really fast. The only way it seems to move up to the less stressful part of the make line is to be there longer than anyone else and wait for them to quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider how your other employees feel. Not just the ones who have been there the longest.

    I worked at Domino's part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Employee Discount/Free food, Good money as a driver, Very relaxed work environment

    Cons

Managers/Insiders do not make as much as drivers, No Benefits offered

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

General Managers should be required to take classes on actual management within the store. The GM i worked for had no experience whatsoever. Our area leader was also just hand picked from our franchisee because of family relations. Area leader had no prior experience working inside Domino's before becoming area leader.
