    Pros

My favorite part about being a delivery driver at Domino's was when things would get crazy in the store during peak hours, I was able to just grab an order and go off into my nice and quiet car. Also, on a good day, you could make twice your wage in tips.

    Cons

Management was always kinda shady, was constantly "cheating" on the little delivery time competition going on between the neighboring Domino's stores. Also, most car insurance companies don't cover a delivery driver.

    Advice to Management

Don't yell at your employees.. too much.

    Pros

Tips get better after the first year, hours are great if you don't have a family and like to sleep in and stay up late.

    Cons

No raises, no benefits, little pay for gas and wear and tear (charge $3 give driver $1 per order), people who don't tip should get cancer on their birthday :)

    Advice to Management

Give the driver the full delivery fee as you imply to your customers that you do. The management at the top should also raise the pay for the cooks, assistant and full store managers as well.

    Pros

Flexible working hours and great money at the end of the night. I love the people I work with because we are like family. Can easily work your way up.

    Cons

Sometimes you may have a bad night with tips but it evens out well for the rest of the nights. I wish we got a little better pay during road time.

    Advice to Management

This is for owners as in Franchisee: appreciate your managers and employees! Show them respect and work with them. you would be amazed how much more you'd get accomplished and how smooth your stores will run. invest in your business and stop cutting corners because you want to pocket more money. you're only going to lose great people and possibly running the stores in the ground.

    Pros

Good pizza, flexible hours and decent tip

    Cons

It takes a toll on your car and repair costs could outweigh the benefits of tips

    Pros

I was a delivery driver and you can make a lot of money off tips working there. The employees were great and I got paid minimum wage when I was working in the store so even if I was wasn't out on deliveries I didn't feel like I was losing money.

    Cons

Angry customers is one. Another problem is if you forget something on a delivery you have to drive all the way back which cuts in on how many deliveries you can get. You also don't get all the delivery charge. All I got was a dollar of it. So if they don't tip its not really worth the gas sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Pay minimum wage even when the employees are on deliveries because its our cars we use and deliveries put a lot of miles on a car. The more money we make the better condition we can keep the cars and that means the less chance of employees cars breaking down and the store being short drivers.

    Pros

Flexible hours, discounted food products, casual uniform, ability to move up in the company based on merit

    Cons

Late night shifts, unhealthy food always readily available, low wage for workers inside the store

    Advice to Management

Schedule enforcement! When you schedule a person 5-9, you need to let them leave at 9. I know schedules are written with labor percentages in mind, but don't lie on the schedule!

    Pros

    -Great team to work with.
-Not a difficult job. Lots of tasks including prepping and cleaning, but none of these are complicated.
    -Highly supportive GM.
    -50% discount for employees.

    Cons

-Extremely taxing on my car. I've had my vehicle for 2 years and I've already put 70,000+ miles on it.
-Pretty low pay. Mileage compensation is nice, but it all goes toward gas and car maintenance.

    Advice to Management

Would be nice if we can get paid a bit more than minimum wage. Slow days can be really rough, especially when we really need money.

    Pros

Culture is laid back, work hours are flexible, free food, customer service training is good to take on to your next job, good job while in college.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement unless you work here for a very long time, sometimes have to work until 2am (close), management is lazy and doesn't manage.

    Advice to Management

Manage your employees fairly, do not play favorites.
