Former Employee – worked at Domino's full-time for less than a year
Pros – Different wages when in the door and out the door lead to better paychecks as a delivery driver instead of having to mainly rely on tips.
Easy to learn and make different dishes and pizzas.
Plenty of pizza to eat.
Cons – Continuously driving and putting gas in your vehicle can take a toll on you and your wallet.
Unless you work nights you won't make any money as a delivery driver.
Advice to Senior Management – N/A

Former Employee – worked at Domino's part-time for less than a year
Pros – I had a wonderful manager and assistant manager who made working at Domino's a pleasant experience. Domino's has great quality control - infographics on the walls, catchy (and funny) posters reminding workers of various rules (like don't carry more than a certain amount of money, etc.).
Cons – The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioning was not always functioning at my location so it got pretty hot during the summer.

Current Employee – been working at Domino's
Pros – Good money (delivery)
Fun team
Flexible management
Cons – Somewhat inconvenient scheduling for college students.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure to compensate employees for the good job they do. Give drivers a raise for accomplishments.

Former Employee – worked at Domino's part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – When the environment was great My job went marvelous. When management stopped caring for their workers I hated my job.
Cons – Slow days I got bored easy.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't Fire A Good Worker When they Call YOU SEVERAL HOURS FROM THE ER in traumatic conditions and excellent verification of the conditions I was truly in and a year later, I am still suffering from.

Current Employee – been working at Domino's part-time for less than a year
Pros – I had some amazing co-workers who all knew what they were doing and did it efficiently with a good attitude. It seemed like no one was too good for any task and everyone pitched in where they could - whether it was making pizzas, cleaning, or taking orders. Pretty fast paced work so even though it wasn't necessarily challenging it wasn't dull because there was constant action. I was actually amazed with how well they worked around my schedule since I was a full-time student at the same time. All I needed to do was give them fair warning and they would work around when I was available.
Cons – There's no breaks. I would work 6 hour days and not once would I take a break while I was working. The non-stop thing is nice, but it also wears on you as the day moves on. The biggest con was the system where you input orders doesn't really let you deviate to meet the wants of the customer making it more difficult to meet unusual requests.
Advice to Senior Management – Businesses are supposed to meet the wants of customers, right? So make it easy for them to get exactly what they want, even if it's unusual.

Former Employee – worked at Domino's full-time
Pros – Career development, culture, benefits, PTO, nurtured growth, challenging, flexible, good people
Cons – Hard to come up with some cons. The salary wasn't the highest, but the total compensation package was good.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.

Current Employee – been working at Domino's full-time for more than a year
Pros – I started here when I was 18 as a driver and just six months later I was promoted to an assistant manager with even more opportunities for growth. I quit after a year to return to school, but I would say my time there was good for a resume considering I was 19 when I left and could say I was an assistant manager.
Cons – The store is very fast paced and you deal with tons of rude customers. The company basically lets customers walk all over you too. Management won't stand up for you even when you've been treated badly just because they don't want to lose any sales. Another con, which may not be a con to some, is that they will ask you to work a lot of over time. I mean, that's great to some people who want the money, but there were some weeks where I didn't have a day off just because other stores were short employees and they desperately needed me to come on.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees with some respect. I've been treated badly a few times by customers and haven't had any manager stand up for me. This goes for the district managers as well. I understand it's a business and you want to make money, but you have to consider the emotional well being of your employees.

Current Employee – been working at Domino's part-time for less than a year
Pros – Making pizzas! Working together with awesome co-workers.
Cons – A lot of pressure to move fast.
Advice to Senior Management – Get to know the employee before you throw them into a corner doing what they HATE. I was told to stay on the phone as a CSR when all i wanted to do was make pizzas. I was on the verge of quitting after 3 months. Now im working as a pizza maker at a different dominos and am on my way to becoming a Crew Leader, and i love my job again.
