    I worked at Domino's part-time

    Pros

Low stress, adequate pay, management encourages those interested in management training. Safety conscious environment selling a quality product.

    Cons

While the company tries to be as safe as possible delivery can still be hazardous. It is impossible to always predict every situation and the driver needs to remember to always be on the lookout.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much I would change about my time at Domino's. This place is a lot of fun and they make great food. Just keep it up!

    Pros

The money was great (min wage plus tips and mileage), Pretty fun job, not too hard, and you are out driving so you aren't being micromanage.

    Cons

It could be dangerous if you live in a bad area. Wear and tear on your car. It really depends on who you work for since they are franchised. They're are Domino's that operate like a well oiled machine and some that are run poorly.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any real advice. I was at a really well run store. If you aren't patient with customers, good under pressure, problem solving, or at managing people, you wouldn't make a good Domino's manager.

    Pros

If you can drive and navigate yourself, it'll be the most fun you've ever had.

    Cons

If you're new to a town with no reception, get a map and don't hope for your gps.

    Advice to Management

Be easier on people, but not so relaxed that they're smoking weed in the back.
