Current Employee – been working at Door To Door Storage
Pros – The people that i work with. Everyone is friendly and helps each outher out at our site.
Cons – Terrible work week. closed on wednesdays and sundays so no weekends off.
Work on Holdays. Terrible Benefit package. We are more of a customer 1st then employee last company. There needs to be a happy medium. If Senior mangement doesnt work weekend s and holidays what kind of example is that to your core group of employees?
Advice to Senior Management – Close on Saturdays and work monday thru friday. Make it more of a family based company where employees get to spend time with there family and friends on weekends and nights. Revise the Benefits package. $30 copay and 50% for prescriptions....Come on!!!!
