“upper management are not nice people”
I have been working at Dr. Newton's Naturals
Pros – there are nice people working there
Cons – Bad supervisors, not good enough training, difficult to sell product
Advice to Senior Management – Be kinder to new employees, offer more on floor time in training
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

“poorly managed and do not show employees respect but pays well”
I worked at Dr. Newton's Naturals
Pros – Pays well if you have good sales skills
Cons – weekends and odd hours, do not expect to get promoted, management changes ideas and commission structures on a whim and you have to abide by their whims
Advice to Senior Management – Respect your employees, have meetings, keep things consistent and promote those who do well and have good ideas, not people who are robots and dont have sales or sales management skills
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
