    Nice people, good culture. People are approachable at all levels. Gives good exposure and experience and has a good reputation in the market.

    Muddled strategy, the company does not know what it wants to be when it grows up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat people better, and give the HR function a makeover. In today's competitive environment, you need to work to retain the best people and not be smug/complacent about it. People are not indispensable, but they are not commodities either.

    Pros

    Great working environment. Company is on the rise. One of the better manufacturing plants in the area. Far more friendly people than usual. Willing to spend money to do things the right way.

    Cons

    Wage scale a little low for skilled trades. Every decision seems to take forever. Advancement opportunities are pretty rare.

    Open and transparent organization.
    Gives room to employees to innovate something on their own, to develop creative ideas.
    Cross functional movements quite frequent.

    Slow paced
    Top layer is too crowded.
    Junior management is very low paid.
    Low pay master

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Perception driven organization.
    Leaders needs to be matured enough to look beyond perceptions and inculcate performance driven culture.
    Benchmarking is needed in terms of the HR practices, the results of which should be implemented. (the problem is that the project gets done but not implemented). Focus needs to bring strong performance metrics.
    Need to get way with traditional way of doing things. New thoughts need to be encouraged.
    Need to hire top quality leaders and eliminate the low performers. Good to be employee friendly but not employee pampering organization.

    Brand name.Helping the poor people and educating their children is very nice,cultural events for employes and awards night good for employes

    Cons

    every thing in reddy's is good except the increments for the employes,small scale industriesare offering nice increments. "mostly people are leaving from the companies due to package problem" Every one is interested to work here due to Brand name of the company unless until nothing is their in this great organisation

    "Big concern on increments"increment plan for below 4laks package are very dissatisfied,because weare getting an increment of 20000 per annum,what's m opinion there should be difference in increment between low and high package people.for getting 2 to 3 laks package it takes hardly 4 years. one more advantage is there in DRL i.e getting zero increment such a worse policies are there.
