Pros – Company provides a good work environment

Cons – Its a fairly large company do there is a lot of process to follow and different levels of approvals needed , so sometimes there's a lot of hurry up and wait.

Advice to Senior Management – Management should invest more in the employees. They should provide more feedback on their performance and what they can do to grow or improve their work.

Pros – Great people, fun office environment, great benefits, interesting assignments, field experience opportunities, open-door policy in building, and very helpful senior management.

Cons – Far commute, busy part of town, days felt long sometimes, cubicles = hard to focus because of co-workers talking, and older building.

Advice to Senior Management – Bigger cubicles, update office layout, improve computer systems,
