    It's all about the people

    Field Service (Current Employee)

ProsI've worked in multiple positions and each manager I've had has been extremely helpful and personable. The industry is dynamic and it's fun and challenging to work for a company traded on Wall Street. The company is big enough to be a player in a very competitive industry but small enough that you can get noticed. Opportunities for advancement are out there if you make your intentions knows. Restricted Stock Units and Long Term Incentives are available for high performers (even non-management)

ConsBeing a publicly traded company has it's drawbacks as well. You'll find yourself playing numbers games, especially at the end of months/quarters/years. Compliance, overbearing procedures/processes, and inconsistently applied cost cutting metrics can muddle your every day responsibilities. The product training is very good but basic training for your actual job (whatever it may be) seems hard to come by. Employees are often thrown to the fire and have to rely on peers for guidance.

    Good

    Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsCompany provides a good work environment

ConsIts a fairly large company do there is a lot of process to follow and different levels of approvals needed , so sometimes there's a lot of hurry up and wait.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should invest more in the employees. They should provide more feedback on their performance and what they can do to grow or improve their work.

    Intern (Former Employee)

ProsGreat people, fun office environment, great benefits, interesting assignments, field experience opportunities, open-door policy in building, and very helpful senior management.

ConsFar commute, busy part of town, days felt long sometimes, cubicles = hard to focus because of co-workers talking, and older building.
