ProsCompany provides a good work environment

ConsIts a fairly large company do there is a lot of process to follow and different levels of approvals needed , so sometimes there's a lot of hurry up and wait.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should invest more in the employees. They should provide more feedback on their performance and what they can do to grow or improve their work.

ProsGreat people, fun office environment, great benefits, interesting assignments, field experience opportunities, open-door policy in building, and very helpful senior management.

ConsFar commute, busy part of town, days felt long sometimes, cubicles = hard to focus because of co-workers talking, and older building.

Advice to Senior ManagementBigger cubicles, update office layout, improve computer systems,
