I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising

    Pros

Work life balance, work at your own pace, flexible schedule, great pay, good support system, timely pay. Great company to work for.

    Cons

The only challenge to working for this company is that sometime the work slows down close to the end of the year. Other than that I do not have any cons for working with this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only advice to management might be to increase the perks/benefits of working for the company. Other than that keep up the good work.

I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Fantastic online system and excellent regional management. Impeccable product training and by-the-assignment training modules, and thorough, accurate written instructions. Effective on-site problem resolution policies. Plenty of ongoing work, if you're willing to drive regularly. Bonus program and emplouee store, Opportunity for advancement through self-training and for those willing to accept region-wide assignments, ongoing.

    Cons

Low pay of only $10 per hour and mostly very short-order jobs of no more than 2 hours -- so a lot of running around plus multiple reports taking multiple hours in the evenings with no compensation. Very flexible with individual contractor schedules as long as protocol are followed, but sometimes email delays caused scheduling upsets,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work to bring more client calls to regions where smaller cities are spread many miles apart = more work for more people, who all need to travel less to qualify as master merchandisers who earn a higher wage.

I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, a great part time job to work with and around your other schedule. Out in the public and different challenges weekly. No time clock to punch if you are not the early riser. And was promoted from within. Started out as just a part time rep, went to an AC position then Regional Trainer to District Manager.

    Cons

The only down side that I see as a rep it is slow in the month's of November and December.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to reach out to Field Managers and have open door policy to reps.

    Cons

they only offer part time employment, hours per week are not steady, low hourly pay, mileage pay is not offered often enough,
