    Pros

The people. I really enjoyed the time spent with people doing various research projects. Some of my best friendships were made in a cornfield conducting research on corn.

    Cons

I don't really have much to complain about. I think that the management could have a more specific timeline of goals. But, this is rather difficult when you are conducting research on plants that grow according to the weather.

    Advice to Management

I think that management could keep records of how long it takes to do different experiments at different fields. There were days where we were expected to do way more work than we possibly could have gotten done in the 8 hour day. Then, there were other days where we would get done collecting research in a few hours, then have nothing to do the rest of the day. If operation's records were kept, management would have a better idea how long each project would take.

    Pros

Work Outdoors, Flexible Schedule, a lot of hours, great pay for the foreman position, Great team of management Staff

    Cons

Having to report at 6am is the toughest component of the job to handle personally. The heat can affect your health

    Advice to Management

Pay the jobs on the lowest level of the internal structure of hierarchy more money. Then maybe they will be more motivated to perform better

    Pros

Safety is a huge concern but not overwhelming, have a huge opportunity to take control of your own research project, caring employees and great work atmosphere.

    Cons

No time off for interns, other companies pay a bit better, not allowed the full benefits (Ex use of the on campus work out facilities) even if working in headquarters

    Pros

This is a great place to work, everyone here is friendly an supportive.

    Cons

Most IT positions here are contractors with little chance to go perm. It would be nice to have vacation, paid time off, hospital insurance.

    Advice to Management

Will have a more dedicated staff if they receive some type of benefits with a stable environment.

    Pros

I enjoyed DuPont Pioneer for their unified core values.
I like that they are an established company.
They seem way head of the game in biotech with their amazing facilities.
The design process was pretty agile which is something I value in software development.

    Cons

They are not a software company at heart, but they are doing well with IT anyway.
Like any company there are times when you have to deal with teams that have other priorities which can delay progress.

    Advice to Management

Continue engaging with your employees to challenge them to do their best.

    Pros

This is an exceptional place to work. It was refreshing to work for a compay that cared for their employees. The company allowed a great work-life balance. There were many opportunities to grow your career and the company appreciates hard working employees.

    Cons

As Dupont began to increase their presence the medical benefits were not as good as they were with Pioneer but still are standard within the market place.
