    Pros

The people on my team are very supportive and I really do love walking into the office everyday to work with them. Work / Life balance is pretty good and the company has a lot of opportunities to grow internally - I can see myself working here for a very long time.

    Cons

Not many that I have noticed, wish my salary was higher but that should come with experience

    Pros

-Gain good technical skillsets through modeling -Exposure to projects across various industries

    Cons

-Poor culture - stagnant and no camaraderie within the group -Directors and above often disregard work life balance of junior level staff, and do not show appreciation for the effort put into the projects. -Company offers very little career planning/development resources -The work, especially the modeling, becomes mechanical after awhile. -Total compensation is not reflective of the hours required for this position.

    Pros

Very flexible office culture that creates a comfortable atmosphere. People are also very nice and understanding. If you're busy and elect to come in early, people notice, and if you're not busy and elect to come in a little later, people get it. People are also very willing to work with you and help you prioritize projects so that you are able to accomplish everything in good standing while not drowning. Very enjoyable to work here.

    Cons

Somewhat complacent staff where some people can get a little "too comfortable" and lose their ambition to strive to take their careers to new levels.

    Advice to Management

Revisit compensation more often with employees with a greater degree of transparency (i.e. discuss compensation with competitors, discuss internal compensation policy, and offer additional insight into how one can earn higher bonuses / earn promotions, etc.)

    Pros

I switched from a very large company as a Senior Financial Analyst to Duff & Phelps last year. The learning curve is STEEP but I enjoy the collaboration, teaching atmosphere, and flexibility.

    Cons

Periodically there are late, late, late nights! Weekends are not off limits, especially during peak periods.

    Advice to Management

The company should improve how it recognizes their employees for their achievements, and develop a comprehensive talent development program. However, my opinion may be colored from my previous position, where my former company excelled in these areas.
