I worked at Duke Energy as an intern

    Pros

The atmosphere is really fun and relaxed while still being able to concentrate on getting everything done that needs to happen.

    Cons

Not really easy to get a job internally in there unless you know the hiring manager and they want to hire you. Otherwise it is the luck of the draw.

    Advice to Management

Make it easier to transition from an internship on to a full time position. Right now there really is no easy transition.
