Great people and Good mission..Lots of opportunities if your willing to relocate for them.

    Cons

past few years have been rough but seem to be turning a corner...

    Advice to Management

Having us sign a statement each year acknowledging our salary is fine and expected..but calling it a "rewards statement" is a bit degrading..I work for a living and EARN my salary..

    Pros

Oversea (OCONUS) assignment providing support for military operations and missions

    Cons

Retired US Air Force employees get promotion picked over Retired US Army or Retired US Navy employees. The US Government perform the same practices. It is trend in group selection.

    Advice to Management

Hire and Promote more Retired US Army and Retired US Navy (Military and Civilian) personnel

    Pros

Good pay, very former veteran friendly. If you're sharp with a great attitude, you can go as far with DynCorp.

    Cons

Longevity is contract dependent. Same with most companies that rely on government contracts; unless they win a re-compete or a new contract, you're looking for another job every few years.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you give your stellar performers every opportunities to take courses like the Sis Sigma series, even when you think you can't spare them. Don't send the folks you CAN spare.
