    Pros

Good company when they are winning deals... shuffled 3 CEO's and 5 CIO's in 3 years,

    Cons

Running joke as we never know if our bade will work to get into door. Always lurking are layoffs and once an "all hands meeting" is announced we check to see if our peers on there as it is their way to move all from office that are not or sometime are getting layoff.

    Advice to Management

Win deals and be prepared financially when market slows so you do not cut good people.

    Pros

Pay was good until they cut it.
Living conditions was very good. Start up of the contract was excellent.
When Warrant Officers ran the contracts they seemed more employee friendly.
    Off-site support was very good

    Cons

Seems the wave of the future is to hire foreign labor and the American taxpayer foots the bill. American funded contract padded with cheap foreign labor. Leaves no opportunity for job strapped Americans. Had policy to keep problems internal. Nothing ever got better. Site Management was a failure at all levels.

    Advice to Management

Hire American worker if Americans are funding the contract. Hiring high ranking ex-military doesn't seem a good idea, these people never retire and are prima donna to work with.

    Pros

Pay is good. Co-Workers are good. Office Environment is good.

    Cons

Management and HR, are horrible. Managers make off the wall decisions and some (not all) have no idea what the job entails. HR backs the management no matter what the situation is. Management brings down the morale of employees. They have massive lay-offs.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for management. They don't know what they are doing. Any good managers left willingly, because the lack of support for good managers. Of course, the bad managers stay, because its a environment that they can feed off and leave desolate.

    Pros

The company does not have very many 'pros.' When you are working a contract for this company, you are only a number to which they must pay an income.

    Cons

No consistent raises and/or incentives. On exit after company lost its recompete bid, it used underhanded tactics to give employees less of their hard earned income due to a 'last-day=first day of pay-period' so no matter how many hours of 'authorized' overtime the employee worked, they received 8 hours of pay! Then, during the next to last pay period, the company did NOT pay out EARNED VACATION TIME! Unsat!

    Advice to Management

You might want to NOT pinch pennies with departing employees who have earned you very GREAT profits throught their tireless efforts! Gives your company a very cheap appearance!

    Pros

Good pay, Good work/life balance, Good benefits.

    Cons

Neglected to build good teamwork among immediate teams and cross functional teams. Need to review policies on bullying, diversity and proper treatment of co-workers (constant bickering, picking on individuals, arguing among workers). Good employees will not want to stay here.

    Advice to Management

Leave the egos at the door. Just because they have years of experience doesn't mean they can treat people any way they want. Make corrections immediately with employees and build a team and don't allow certain individuals to break the team down.
