Former Employee – worked at EADS North America full-time for more than a year

Pros – This company offers great pay and customary benefits.

Cons – - Experienced a blatant disregard of formal written company employment offer commitments. Displayed a clear disregard for employees and their families, and unequivocal violation of ethics, basic contract, labor and employment law. A professonal disappointment.
- A lack of industry compliance resulting in strained customer relationships, and impossible to protect this Company from itself. A losing proposition and violation of industry standards, regulation and law.

Advice to Senior Management – - Don't make commitments you are unablel or unwilling to keep. If in error, acknowledge and suck it up like the rest of us.
- Concentrate on compliance resolution. It will make your days much better, your customer easier to work with, less likely to blatantly take advantage of these non-conformities and weaknesses, and keep you in business longer.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
