“As soon as I find another job, I am gone...”
Current Employee – been working at EQT Corporation full-time
Pros – GREAT benefits, 9-80 schedule, centrally located in the marcellus shale play,
Cons – poor disorganized management, business units do not play nice together. you always feel like you need to cover yourself and feel that your management will throw you under the bus. If it wasn't for my friends, Training would be almost nonexistent. Arrogance and favoritism are prevalent.
Advice to Senior Management – When you have multiple rounds of turnover in departments and you don't make changes to the leadership in those departments, things will NEVER change.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
