I have been working at ETRI
Pros – The Etri provides researchers very excellent research environment and encourages creativity of researchers. Many good technolgies have been transferred to the industry and contributed to the development of advanced technologies needed in industries in the field of software and telecommunications. Many people have hope and satisfaction for their future.
Cons – There are many competition to get the research projects.
Advice to Senior Management – More globally open international researches are needed.
Many excellent scholars want to work with researchers in ETRI together.
ETRI needs to provide more open international environments and to make more efforts to develop conversion technology together with foreign scolars.
