    Not a good place for ambitious people

    ProsWork load is light. Usually don't need over-time working. The relationship between colleague are good. And if you have some urgent things to be handled, manager will be very considerable.

    ConsLow salary rate.Usually, the promotion also depends how long you stay with company but not your performance. Of course, it may depends on which division you are in and who your manager is

    ProsGood company to gain Telecom knowledge.

    ConsAlways get prepare for next job while working with EXFO. They always have reasons to show you Exit way.
    Be aware of Senior Mgmt (including TLs and above).
    Be prepare to stake your personal life before joining EXFO(hard delivery timelines).

    The Salary Structure is a mystry

    ProsIf any body leaving the Organisation and he has more leaves to Encash then he will be Benifical and get more values for leaves

    ConsThe Monthly salary is calculated based on No of working days in the Month. So if you get updaid leaves then you loss more salary as per day salary will not include the the weekends and official holidays,

    Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to regularise the Salary system. The Company should think more about the ppl to stay in the organisation rather than providing troubles to think on remuneration. Resource should be free from his mind regarding the money related issue to work and research freely.

    less work pressure

    When no work is ther in the project, you wont get appraisal :)
    Annual leaves are very less

    Good for freshers

    Pros- good technology
    - good Salary structure
    - open policies
    - work and life banance

    Cons- working environmant is like govt dept.
    - seniors should be more technicall sound.
    - local managers comments towards engineers not good. not matured comments

    Advice to Senior ManagementMature the comments and managers should involve more to low level.
