    Pros

Job keeps you motivated and challenged.

    Cons

Worked in Tax....they continually talk about people first and work life balance....let's just say this company has no clue what this means...maybe that's why they continuously talk about it?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Talk is cheap.....

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay and brand name on your resume.

    Cons

Since EY has expanded their advisory services practice their retention and work satisfaction in that practice has been horrible. People are being over worked under served and under payed. The partners are cleaning up. It has turned into a chop shop for consulting services.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Completely rethink your advisory expansion and how it impacts your overall culture and the health and life of your employees.

I have been working at EY

    Pros

It will look good on your resume. They offer unlimited sick leave and an extra day off for most national holidays.

    Cons

A lot of weekends and late nights spent working without compensation or expression of gratitude. You will not be asked for your opinion or for your ideas on how to improve the work process. Insensitive managers. Everyone is just looking out for themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating your employees as slaves. Even slaves have feelings. Hire people with legitimate bachelors degrees and promote the people who deserve it.

I have been working at EY

    Pros

Health Insurance, when you're sick you don't have to feel like you're using sick days. The events were pretty good. They did take care of you when you had to travel.

    Cons

no life, terrible management. I felt I was in competition with every coworker for a promotion and who would looked best in front of management. Management rarely cared how their employees felt as long as they were making the big bucks. There was a complete lack of respect for coworkers.
