    Pros

Culture was phenomenal. People are outstanding. Annual training for all levels is impressive. Benefits were the best I've ever seen.

    Cons

The practices are fairly rigid, so your experience tends to stay pretty focused in your area of expertise. It would be great if there were more opportunities to work outside your primary area of expertise to broaden your skill set.

    Pros

Management truly believes in the growth and welfare of employees. Lot of learning opportunities, deliberate focus on coaching and mentoring at all levels, smart colleagues - all make EY a great place to work

    Cons

If you are in advisory practice, you will end up travelling a lot.

    Advice to Management

The career track is too rigid. Staff - Senior - Manager - Senior Manager - PPED. It may help to have a parallel track for those who are experts in subject matter but lack sales skills.
