    Pros

People, People, People. Best culture out there. You get treated the same from the partner to intern level. Lower pay for advisory than other big 4, but you work less hours and are in a more inclusive and collaborative, worth the trade off.

    Cons

Lower pay than other big 4. Heavy implementation focus at lower levels. Strategy work reserved for PPED's (Partners, Principals and Executive Directors).

    Advice to Management

We are a global firm but lower level staff and new managers aren't the best at integrating with different cultures.
