“Overall a good experience, if a little unsettled.”
Current Employee – been working at Education Management full-time for more than a year
Pros – The people are wonderful, the pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons – The senior management is chaotic. In the past two years they have had at least 4 "restructurings", each resulting in the loss of many jobs. You cannot be sure of your job, no matter how positive your performance ratings.

Current Employee – been working at Education Management
Pros – perfect fir some one wanting a free degree or just out of college or happy to have a job, other then that not a career
Cons – very hard to move up, you have to be a you job for a year and that is if you last that long
Advice to Senior Management – one thing would be to first cut out all of the low preformers and pay the people who are doing a bulk of the work
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
