Some goo old boy network in play

    Pros

Generous benefits package, dynamic working environment, the opportunity to assist students and serve as a role model for some, excitement.

    Cons

the industry pay is not that great, out of touch with some markets, the attempt to copy-cat templates that worked at one location and assuming it will work at all of them.

  3. Good company overall, they ask for a lot though.

    Pros

Great experience in handeling issues and molding into a great leader. Management for the most part is knowledgeable and willing to help. Great with communication of expectations, goals, and information.

    Cons

Not enough pay for doing a job that is meant for 2 people.

    Advice to Management

Compensate a bit more and dedicate more money so managers can hire additional help.
