    ConsI Slogged like a donkey for 5 years with no human respect and dignity...forgot about growth ..its a place where I wasted my time, career and health

    A place where ppl are promoted based on being good in getting work done by others..with no performance record.

    Rumours, which even I did not know about myself...with no one to dine with, to talk to ...I wonder how I survived all these..Worst discrimination That I went through..I literally felt like a untouchable in a village..

    Top-heavy company full of negative and harsh employees

    Research Analyst (Current Employee)

    ProsNice facilities, lots of office supplies available, pays well, travel opportunities

    ConsFeedback is great. If done properly, it can help fix issues and motivate employees. At EZI, they give you an overload of feedback, to the point where it feels they are beating you up. They are way too concerned with appearances and little nitpicky things in the office, and less concerned with helping you do good work.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTry to foster a more positive work environment. It will help your employees be happier. Focus more on the work and helping people utilize their strengths for the company rather than tearing them down for their weaknesses.

    Limited professional opportunity and politics based on tenure NOT a meritocracy

    ProsSalary is competitive with the market. Partners are very capable and in general can add value to clients.

    ConsEgon Zehnder is a european company in it's culture and therefore is not open to new ideas or "free thought" to work here and do well in the research area you much be able to supress your ideas and be submissive. Things work very slowly here… Beyond research there is NO career growth, you will be a research for the rest of your life! Every other exec search company offers you the option to grow except Egon Zehnder...

    Advice to Senior ManagementPractice what you preach. EZ is supposedly a company that provides its clients with management reviews and leadership coaching… so why can't that happen internally? There is a large disconnect between the research are and the partners that create 2 sub-cultures withtin the company when it ought to be one.

    EZIRS is not a company but a shop

    ProsGood brand name in international market.

    ConsBoring, repetitive work, not interested in growth of individual and pay scales are ridiculously low. The leadership of EZIRS is pathetic as people with no or very less management education or experience are leading the key positions. And its more painful to see how a so called human capital consulting firm is not able to manage its own human capital. The sole objective of the promoters is to earn money and not build good company with some future vision. I don't see EZIRS existing anymore in next five years as the inflationary pressure increases leading to the increase in salary demand of employees.

    Advice to Senior Managementappreciate work and don't show favoritism and nepotism. There should be a transparent way to accessing the performance of the employees.

    Egon Zehnder Information & Research Services (EZIRS) like a hell to work with

    ProsIts like Goverment job, come to office just work and go back to home.

    ConsBut dont dream about growth, no salary hike for those who are not favourite of managers, false promise in interview and within 2-3 you will start looking another job, worst paymaster in executive search. jsut check old employee on linkedin and ask them if any one has ever reffered any friend to this place. No one dare to reffer any friend to this hell.
    Senior are here for more then 2-3 years rest are dont want to complete just one year.
    Manager from this company can spoil any companies good environment because they just like to play politics and COO Gitanjali might have had good exp in research but as a leader she is partial, always avalaible to talk to girls but cross growth line of boys as it is the policy of parent company EZI, you wont find any male staff in offices at delhi, mumbai and bangalore except consultants.

    worst exp. of life for those who have worked here since 2007, HR department behave like a deaf in exit interview.
