Current Employee – been working at Einstein Bros. Bagels
Pros – -No late nights
-Job is easy
-Management trains you fully
-No grease kitchen
-A company that cares about customers and employees
-Great food and great atomophere
Cons – There is no medical benefits for non management employees.
Some employees don't want to do their fair share
Advice to Senior Management – The leadership is great. The company is well run. They really value the employees and treat them like people which is rare these days.
