Cons – Stale thinking and outmoded leadership; fear and politics rule

Pros – the company allowes flexiable hours and working from home, a bid plus if you have small children or other family issues.

Cons – they are cheap like everybody else.

Pros – work challenging & satisying ,..did a lot of programming in EDI systems..better opportunity in growth of career,..it helps

Cons – not flexible in the worklife..no promotions..not best for reading.not good for learing..it was sold ot HP

Pros – It is stable company with very little work load. So working there is like not working at all and getting salary for free.

Cons – There is no growth in term of salary or promotions etc. But rest all is good.

Advice to Senior Management – I am not in a position to advice management. they know 100 times more than I do.
