    Pros

    The product is nice. The early Friday hours are a plus as well.

    Cons

    The management team is struggling to understand the needs of the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give more ownership and responsibility to the employees. Less micro management , more responsibility will allow for newer ideas and opportunities to get the business's back on track.

    Pros

    Good work / life balance, decent pay and employee discounts, summer Fridays

    Cons

    Culture of blame, incapable senior management team that has failed many times to steer the company in the right direction, lack of communication from senior management- which has led to a culture that perpetuates anxiety and rumors- no training opportunities, limited opportunities for growth, company constantly trying to meet numbers by inflating last min shipments before fiscal closes

    Define a clear strategy, stick to it, communicate it clearly to all employees

    Pros

    Decent work-life balance - company is supportive in that way. Freedom for some to work remotely; good discount on product, and nearly free "mystery box" every holiday season. Compensation fair.

    Cons

    Morale is awful - lots of backstabbing, though maybe that is normal. Recent shakeup in executive team (new CFO) may or may not help, as company performance continues to tumble. Wave of recent layoffs with more to come, but not addressing core issues. CEO out of touch, and exec team primarily interested in their own personal survival.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have more town meetings where open discussion is truly encouraged and not just given lip service. Be more transparent in order to lessen the terrible rumor mill.

    Pros

    Great benefits, you can learn a lot about business here.

    Cons

    No home work life balance. No respect for personal time. 15 hour days even when 9 months pregnant. Not a good company for people with families. There is not a lot of room for advancement for field employees. Company is growing but at the detriment to their loyal employees.

    Respect your employees and their personal time.

    Pros

    Seeing people that I've worked with for years go from temporary jobs to permanent jobs.

    Cons

    Seeing people who just became permanent get jobs over people who have been there longer & some who where already doing those higher paying jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Won't do any good. From what I've noticed, if it wasn't "their idea" it's not gonna happen. Now you might see shades of what you said years later. All you can do is just think to yourself, wow now you do that.

    Management really should look at individual performance, not keep employees who they like just because they are in the click. Several hard working people displaced due to not being in the right group, we are not in High School

    For some reason I haven't get any raise for the last four years
