“Best Job I have ever held”
I have been working at Embraer full-time for more than a year
Pros – Superb benefits, great management, growth possibilities, competitive pay for the area. I have never encountered a work environment such as this. It is one of the best places I have worked in my aviation career.
Cons – If there is on it is only that it is a start up. So we are working through all the growing pains of making this a full facility and getting everyone up to speed.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

“Great company to work”
I have been working at Embraer full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benfits and life balance. Salaries are a litte bit over the brazilian average. A lot of oportunities are created inside the company for employees.
Cons – The aviation market for Embraer is not as comfortable as it is for the two big ones. There is always a chance of "turbulence" to happen.

Cons – there is a certain distance from the top management

Pros – Salary is very good, the bennefits. I have to proud in working in a realy engineering industry.
Cons – The chance of growing in the career. The unstable sector (aviation),
