    Pros

    Very interesting place to work.
Training and all the support are given when necessary.
Interesting project and there is place for innovation

    Cons

the location is not the best (in Newtown), depending on your expectation though.
The place is quite beautiful, surrounded by trees and river, but I feel it a bit far from civilization. This is just a point of view.

    Cons

Management do not listen to employees, too quick to make decisions that will not benefit company or customers.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and stop ignoring them, they are the ones doing the actual work instead of being oblivious to what is actually going on around you.

    Pros

Best working environment. Straight working hours unless project demands.

Very good place for gaining knowledge and experience with their intensive training process and challenging on the job projects.

    Cons

Years between promotion is quite long.
People tend to stay in the same role/position (eg sales/operation) for too long. Every three years, people would need a change to have experience in all functions as they grow in the career.

    Pros

The company has been in existence a long time, and has many experienced problem solvers from which to gain knowledge. There is a culture of win-win that enables solid customer relationships.

    Cons

Still many silos of information not readily shared unless you know the right person to ask. Like every large company, there are a few bad apples that can be avoided by careful career planning.

    Advice to Management

Recognize your contributors, not just those that take credit.
