ProsVery promising company for growing if they becoming a real international .

ConsItalian Family Company , You have to be Italian from south to have a future in there plan.
Pure Top - Down routine in decision making process.
No Time Management
No Job Security
No HR clear policy or professionals
Repeat the same mistakes hundreds of times using the same tools and same personnel.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe real international company not Italian company has some operating outlets in different companies, also select the people based in performance not of the relations, you are destroying the future of this company.

Poor management in every area

ProsYou get paid even if you don't know anything and don't do anything

ConsNo organisation at all, no structure. No career development plan or even idea about it. HR is nonexistent. Most of the managers hardly speak English or know how to use computer. No efficient control or appraisal system in place, everything is based on verbal evaluation and connections.

Prossalary and travelling are competitive; you can the possibility of meeting international diversity while at work. overall you can enjoy A very challenging adventure life.

Conspeople management and career advancement, not fair. sometimes you get stuck i a place with no reasons while you see others progressing with appearently no reasons as well.

Advice to Senior Managementpromote an internationa culture. encourage young and brilliant people who want to attend an MBA and then come back at ENI.
