    Pros

    Ensco holds its employees, vendors and customers to incredibly high standards and practices a true and comprehensive culture of safety.

    Cons

    Lots of advancement opportunities but certainly not number 1 in pay scales.

    Advice to Management

    Not all employees are created equal, there are a few that add extraordinary value and they should be treated as such.

    flexible envrionment, high payment, the office building is awesome.

    Cons

    laid off regularly, a little small amount of engineers.

    Pros

    Focus on operational excellence and safety. Strong emphasis on core values, opportunity to make a lasting impact.

    Cons

    Acquisition of Pride International was three years ago and the cultural integration has yet to be fully realized. New CEO from SLB is a great addition. Future is bright!

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more and to all levels as frequently as possible. Share power and authority to develop talent.

    Loyal company with good pension scheme

    Cons

    Salary on the low side for Maintenance crews and tend to get taken for granted

    Advice to Management

    If you want to hire good crews (especially Maintenance) you need to pay better salary.

    Pros

    Ensco is positioned for long-term growth and is the right choice for goal-oriented individuals looking for challenging work and opportunities around the world. We have a diverse, worldwide workforce of approximately 3,700 who contribute to the success of the Company.

    Cons

    Information is not always transparent and sometime people withhold information from others. Management sometimes is not clear as to their intent.
