    Pros

This company offers rapid progression but also fantastic training and development to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. The company is also expanding at a phenomenal rate in to Europe and the rest of the world which is constantly bringing new exciting opportunities. The aim of the company is to provide fantastic service and look after their employees and I can vouch for this from day 1!

    Cons

There are longer hours but no other company can offer the financial and professional speed of progression that Enterprise can and no other company can give you the friendly family feel that Enterprise does.

    Pros

Very good sales experience, you really get a good education into the business and how it operates on the back end as well

    Cons

Hours can be long and work/life balance is almost nonexistent, performance is also sole judged by sales performance

    Pros

A very well rounded company. They always hire from within so there is usually no worry about anyone coming in from the outside and taking an promotable position.

    Cons

They days are long and the work can be tiring, but what job isn't? It can be difficult to manage home life and work life.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice to management, the company is ran perfectly fine, and I don't think there is anything they could do better.

    Pros

Solid intro to sales, customer service, management and B2B marketing.

    Cons

Enterprise is very good at getting over qualified people to do under qualified work. It's an impressive skill, but get annoying when you're in the system. Promotions and bigger paychecks are dangled in front of you and promised at every turn. The fact is that the promotion structure is actually based on making management look better and not on you actual performance.

    Advice to Management

Don't over promise in an attempt to "motivate" your teams to succeed. Be upfront about the process and do not sweep problems under the rug. Address issues employees bring you and don't continue with the "that's how it is" policy.
