Advice to Senior Management – Realize its the people who are your assets and not the software. Do small things to show you care. Dont burn people out.

Current Employee – been working at Enwisen
Pros – Since the company is small, everyone has a voice and is usually heard .The management is flexible with taking time off or working from home if needed. Also you are able to work on different projects and learn new technology to advance your career.
Cons – Pay is very low compared to other companies. There is no real benefits or perks. Don't understand how some people have high level management position with no technical background or experience.( If you are a snitch you will make it to the top.) Also there is really not type of career advancements.
Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be more diversity in the both locations. It seems only to be certain type of people who succeed in company (hint more diversity). Also only the buddy's get recognition and you get nothing for your hard work.
