I worked at Epsilon (North Carolina) full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Understanding. The managers will work with you if they think there is a problem. But sometimes we all get blind sided.

    Cons

Not always willing to work with you when the prime decides to get rid of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When the prime contract lets someone go, and doesn't give you a reason, make sure you don't blind side, and then screw your employee out of vacation time.

I worked at Epsilon (North Carolina) full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The job is dependent on where you are assigned. Epsilon is just there to take a cut off of the contract payment.

    Cons

Some of the Project Managers can be very testy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on making the workers feel more needed.

I worked at Epsilon (North Carolina) as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

O.k. work/life balance. Flexible scheduling and helpful personnel when there's a time crunch, especially when the expiration of contracts come around. Opportunities for also taking classes on the side which the company will reimburse you for.

    Cons

The company forces people to take their pto days which was annoying. No room for advancement, year-end bonuses or salary increases, especially if you're a contractor. There is also no appreciation for employee loyalty like when you decide to stay on for a few years; when the contract's over, there's no desire to retain the employee. Also, though most people were nice, there was one person in HR that would always have a short fuse for some reason (very unprofessional).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to retain good employees, please refer them to similar other jobs within the company. Also, a salary increase or two and/or bonuses would do a lot to increase employee morale.
