    Pros

    Reasonable work-life balance, excellent benefits.

    Cons

20th-century way of doing things, does not optimize resources, human or otherwise. Unclear mid- or long-term vision

    Pros

Smart, passionate people work there. You'll learn a lot and have a lot of autonomy. Management is supportive and accessible.

    Cons

Extreme focus on the bottom line, to the point that people often make the wrong decisions for clients based on their personal goals.

    Advice to Management

Rethink what you are rewarding people for, and how.

    Pros

I've never seen a company that has so many former employees return to the company after leaving it for another job.

    Cons

Stressful at times. Long stretches with lots of overtime, but work is interesting and the days go by fast.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation for long hours worked and for the time we spend away from home.

    Cons

Huge accounts are difficult to manage across large teams

Working from home can keep you siloed

    Advice to Management

Keep getting rid of the bad eggs and getting feedback from your teams

    Pros

There is always something interesting to do. I love my team, my management. Being a part of a growth company provides opportunities.

    Cons

The pay and the workload. The tools to do our jobs. Epsilon has grown so fast that it has outpaced the usability of the tools used to manage the business. They have started to offshore with no real plan on how to do so successfully.

    Advice to Management

Get some decent time management and capacity planning tools. Staff appropriately for the workload. You're not paying even close to market. And, the offshoring... there's no good plan for keeping the intellectual property onshore.

    Pros

Leaders in digital marketing, the products offer new exposure.

    Cons

They have a product model across teams & clients and development is restricted within that.

    Pros

Flexible hours and family oriented culture are available to most associates depending on the role making Epsilon a very good place for those seeking to put their families first.

    Cons

Difficult to grow within the company, to gain new skills or new opportunities, significant raises or promotions.

    Advice to Management

Management tends to recognize long hours, my guess is because they are easy to measure, over efficiency, which is at odds to the best thing Epsilon has going for it, work life balance.

  11. Overall great Company Culture, but it depends on your direct manager

    Pros

    Great Benefits, good work-life balance

    Cons

A lot of "un-knowledgeable" people, who lack the appropriate experience for their job
