    Pros

    1. Work life balance
    2. Perks are really great
    3. Excellent medical insurance policy.
    4. Manager is really cool and does not apply pressure though they follow agile.

    Cons

    1. Kind of gets boring
    2. More youth should be employed. Coz new college grads have some really cool ideas and are upto date with technology
    3. There should be more fun events. No gym , no recreation makes an employee boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Kindly diversify your workforce. Bring in more young people. Bring in people of both genders equally. Technology used in few teams is outdated. Need fresh technology.

    Pros

Opportunity to grow and learn. Never boring! :)

    Cons

Too far away from my home. Living in Northern California and working in the South Bay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management is GREAT! Lower management micro-manages too much, lower management needs to trust their people to get the job done. Too much superfluous duties interfer with personal growth and is not in alighn with Ericssons way of working.
