Former Employee – worked at Ernst & Young
Pros – EY provides a good learning environment and with professional development opportunities. feedback was provided regularly, at least in semi-annual performance reviews.
Cons – sometimes lack of team work and lack of interaction with the various departments. It seemed as if the partners in this particular location did not communicate with each other very well.
