Current Employee – been working at Estée Lauder International
Pros – - very prestigious company in the industry
- holds higly selective brands
-Very chic, prestigious working environment
- provide posibilityfor professionally growth
- fringe benefits are good
Cons – - senior management is such a dominant and bossy that almost impossible to accept the different ideas.their egos are at the top!
- no fairly judgement for career advancement and promotions
- so hard working with almost no private life
-salary is low comparing to competitor and also the job requirements and responsibilities
Advice to Senior Management – - respect to subordinates , objective and fair behaviour
- listen and opento the different ideas and encourage to the team to speak loudly without fear
- fairness and objectiveness
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
