    The pay was in keeping with your abilities, good benefits, 401K etc.

    Cons

    Major micromanaging by management, ignored corporate policies, would fire individuals based on favorites not work ethic very stressful enviornent

    Decent Pay Friendly Co Workers

    Micro Managed, Unprofessional, They provide you with false information and false hope. They are struggling to stay open cause they are liars and don't operate with proper or good work ethics.

    Go ahead and just shut the school down like you have the other 10 campuses that have been shut down due to all the bad publicity and lawsuits

    I worked at Everest College

    Pros

    Diverse culture as evidenced by students and faculty. The students were eagerly willing achieve their education goals. The environment is conducive for learning.

    Cons

    The location is distance away. The administration was not very respectful to its employees. The leadership style was autocratic in nature.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide incentives that would attract the best and the brightest. Leadership should embrace the participatory form of leadership style.
