I worked at Everything But Water part-time

    Pros

Everyone I worked with was awesome and that includes the manager. Pay was okay for a part time job. You gain customer service and sales experience. Little cleanup at the end of the night.

    Cons

It gets boring in the off season because no one is looking to purchase vacation wear. If you have tattoos they cannot be visible, which for me meant long sleeves even on hot days. Overall this is a typical retail job.

I have been working at Everything But Water part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I worked here part-time for less than a yea, during which time. I had the opportunity to work with wonderful people and great products. Management at my store was great and was invested in helping us move forward.

    Cons

There always seemed to be a disconnect between store / regional management and corporate. Also, while part-time pay was decent, it was difficult to get enough hours each week.

I worked with the company for less than a year, training was almost unheard of.

I worked at Everything But Water full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company has highend quality swimwear that can compete with any of the other upscale department stores.

    Cons

Being that the company is a highend swimwear boutique you would expect to have very well trained swimwear consultants to give the ultimate experience to the customers, no so. Training is a definite thumbs down and the pay and hours is not good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more serious time in training the workers.

I have been working at Everything But Water part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Above minimum wage pay, working with great products, and its a smaller company so it's relatively easy to get in contact with the people you need to contact.

    Cons

Outdated computer and communication system, they want us to some what pester the customers to try something on, it takes forever to move up in the company or to even get a raise or review.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your workers recognition for their hard work and give them hope to move up in the company if they have showed interest in doing so.

I have been working at Everything But Water part-time

    Pros

The goods things about working there are all of the great swimsuits. You get a 40% discount which is pretty good. The everything but water community is tight knit. Also its fun to interact with customers

    Cons

The downsides are when you work there they dontgive you much say in your shifts and schedule.
Your views and concerns about the store doesnt matter to the company. Also their is alot of hanging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should ask for feedback and listen more to associates and key holders, because sometimes other people dont do their jobs very well. Also To carry a bigger range of sizes in each store.
