    Pros

Generally a really nice group of people, I spent quite a bit of time at each of their offices around the world, many of the managers and team leaders are quite young (late 20's early 30's) but they have loads of training for them and all of the teams. Awesome internal systems, far and away the best I've seen. Great results for clients, so many testimonials and thankyou emails. Lots of recognition of staff achievements.

    Cons

Quite long hours, tho I was able to pretty much work when I wanted and got bonuses for coming early and project results. It's tough to get promoted after big staff intakes that happen regularly. Salaries are pretty average by industry standards, I know one of the main corporate goals is to be very high paying so that should happen over time. Long travel time for me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You seem to mostly be on the right track, keep on developing the vision and do more 1 on 1 goal setting with staff. Having so many staff travel overseas to other offices is great, but do more of it. Do even more charity projects, they really motivated me the most.
