“Underwhelming, unkept promises.”
Current Employee – been working at ExamWorks
Pros – Secure job as long as you do your work and do it in a timely fashion.
Free coffee and a lot of company activities outside the office.
Good working hours.
15 Paid days.
Cons – Starting and base salaries.
A lot of unneeded stress and pressure.
Bonuses and stock options are few and far between.
Advice to Senior Management – More positive feedback and better energy would help go a long way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

“General Unhappy Workplace Environment”
Current Employee – been working at ExamWorks
Pros – It is a job and that's about it.
Cons – Like being in high school all over again. Not judged on you ability to do your jobor your experience but on your popularity.
Advice to Senior Management – Take off the rose colored glasses and see what is in front of you.
