    Pros

The Targeting group has the most talented individuals, generally, of any in EMS. Very high employee engagement scores, best in class client satisfaction results. Team culture of hard work and fun.

    Cons

Broad, complex product portfolio; sometimes hard to stay focused given multiple priorities. Intense drive for results in recent years means that you have to perform at a very high level in sales roles, and there has therefore been higher turnover in sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Experian's board should double down on further investment in this business, the growth potential is very strong.

    Pros

For me, work-life balance is okay, no complaints. There are a lot of opportunities and the location is good.

    Cons

Watch out for politics, really. Contractors are allowed to work from home and a very flexible schedule, while permanent employees are not, which is unfair. While there are a lot of opportunities, it's still difficult to move from one department to another and you get pigeon-holed quickly.
