    Pros

    They allow you to grow within your position and also try new things. I have had the opportunity to implement new procedures that are currently in place.

    Cons

    There is nothing about this company, management or my current position that is unsatisfactory except the fact that my hours went to part-time again

    Pros

    Friendly coworker and good work environment. A lot of opportunities to growth with out limitation, depend on your capability. One of the fast growing company and a lot of things to learn.

    May need prepare for the flexible work time depends on the nature of each business unit.

    Depends on how lucky you are. There are lots of good management, but not 100% perfect.
