I have been working at Experian full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood culture, plenty of opportunity for anyone with brains.

ConsAt my age, I deal with the ugly side of business. Its not any better in any other corporate. Toughen up or get out and do something on your own / with friends.

Fair place to work

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Experian full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGood pay + bonus, benefits, interesting projects, global environment. Colleagues are professional and helpful. Generous travel policy.

ConsVery political and bureaucratic. Most departments do not really promote people from within although they claim that they do. Company downsizes frequently even though it is growing and profitable. Work load can be demanding as a result of short staffed.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on job stability, internal career promotion and provide growth to employees. Stop wasting time on PR stuff like employee deal, client centricity and HOE.

Great place to work if you have a family and need that work/life balance.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Costa Mesa, CA

I have been working at Experian full-time

ProsExperian offiers good benefits with flexible work hours that really helps my family and me. Our upper management is great and the people I work with are not only very smart and skilled at what they do, but also very down to earth.

ConsSome folks in management just aren't meant to be managing people. Though it may be a good thing, it seems as if it takes a long time to finally usher people out.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to and trust your people.

Very good company to work for, career opportunities opening up

Software Developer (Current Employee)
Costa Mesa, CA

I have been working at Experian full-time for more than 10 years

ProsSenior management has caught up to the fact that the company's strength comes from its people, therefore have been actively supporting the personal and professional development of employees, I feel that they are sincere in this effort. It is also a matter of personal responsibility and having the right attitude, of oneself taking charge.

ConsWhat senior management has realized needs to be permeated to local management, it is still very hard to advance because the lack of resources, human and infrastructure, is not coming at a faster pace; there is still a lot of work to do on this front.

Advice to Senior ManagementPick up the pace at which better resources are provided at all levels.
