Client Implementation Lead (Current Employee)

I have been working at Experian Marketing Services Cross-Channel Marketing full-time for less than a year

ProsThe job is challenging and rewarding and I have learned a tremendous amount about internet technologies, project management, client relationship service, marketing fundamentals and so much more. Tons of opportunity and room for growth.

Consemail marketing can be seen as spammy by your friends. The workload can come and go in waves so sometimes you're not super busy while other times it's a lot of late nights. Still, I rarely work past 7:30 and most nights I'm out right at 6-630.

Very Profitable, Starting to figure out the transition...

I have been working at Experian Marketing Services Cross-Channel Marketing

ProsGreat Corporate Culture, Fun perks, Very profitable, Great Client List, Good benefits, Filled with people who care about the company and want to improve it.

ConsThere has been a lot of change in transitioning from a start up to a business unit of Experian. Company seems to be learning from their mistakes and management is making a concerted effort to gather feedback and move on actions to explain that being a part of Experian has it's benefits as well as drawbacks.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to involve your employees in weighing important decisions, and be honest with where improvements need to be made.

So far, so good

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Experian Marketing Services Cross-Channel Marketing

ProsLaid back environment that allows employees to bring a piece of their personality to the table. A work hard, party hard company that values its staff. Good benefits and attentive management.

ConsBeing owned by Experian means a lot of things, both good and bad. A downside includes more formal process on career development. Raises, promotions, and role changes are becoming more difficult to achieve.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen asked a question, answer it. There has been a lot of wishy-washy answers when sensitive subjects like promotions or raises are asked.
